On “The Poetics of Documentary Cinema” by Mirosław Przylipiak
Abstract
Few books on documentary cinema have been written in Poland, therefore it is hard to overestimate Mirosław Przylipiak’s Poetyka kina dokumentalnego [The Poetics of Documentary Cinema], Jazdon says. All the more that Przylipiak presents very thoroughly and matter-of-factly the state of research and own arguments on the theory and history of documentary film.
